Michael Hahn is Executive Vice President & General Counsel at IAB and IAB Tech Lab. Michael has responsibility for all legal matters, including the direction of legal strategy, privacy compliance, antitrust compliance, intellectual property rights issues, and general corporate matters. Michael is also responsible for serving as an advocate for the digital advertising industry on common legal issues affecting member companies.
Michael joined IAB and IAB Tech Lab from Lowenstein Sandler LLP where he served as Vice Chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. In that role, he provided clients with strategic counsel around competition, distribution and governance issues. In the area of litigation, Michael’s matters have included multiparty class action antitrust defense representation.
Michael served previously as Co-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Antitrust Law Committee. He also previously served on the Editorial Advisory Board of Competition Law 360 and the Advisory Board of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Civil Torts & RICO Committee. Michael frequently publishes on a range of legal and policy issues.
Michael earned his B.A. in History and Political Science from Rutgers University, M.P.P. from Georgetown University and J.D. for Georgetown University Law Center.
Anders Pilgaard Andersen joined Adform in December 2017 and serves as Adform’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Anders is responsible for Adform’s legal team, supporting all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across Adform and its global subsidiaries. After graduating, Anders started his career at Denmark’s largest law firm, Kromann Reumert, where he worked with M&A, general corporate law, and finance. Since 2012, Anders has worked in in-house counsel positions, as Global Legal Counsel for BANG & OLUFSEN and Senior Legal Counsel with SITECORE, one of Denmark’s first “unicorns”. Also, Anders is an advisor for Briight, a start-up within the legal tech space focusing on smart contract collaboration. He holds a master (Cand.Jur (LLM)) from Aarhus University, and Anders has also attended legal training in the USA with the Institute of US law (George Washington University Law School) and South Texas College of Law (Houston, Texas).
Elena Turtureanu is leading the Global Data Protection and Privacy practice at Adform A/S. In her role as VP, Legal and Privacy and with close to 15 years adtech expertise, she is a forward-thinking privacy expert with focus on building and developing scalable data protection and privacy standards in fast paced innovative environments. She loves creating bridges between regulatory and public policy privacy requirements, product privacy and how to explore the commercial and strategic benefits with privacy as core enabler. Prior to her current role she served as senior counsel at SAP where she was responsible for the development of the privacy and legal framework for the ad tech SAP division. Before joining SAP, Elena acted as General Counsel at Smaato, leading and managing the global legal, privacy and compliance operations.
